Whilst every effort is made to describe the goods as accurately as possible we understand that sometimes ‘it is not what you thought it was’. In these unusual circumstances a refund will be made on all returned, undamaged goods that are within 1 month of purchase. We will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee and the carriage from the total refund amount.

Goods that are returned to us and ‘deemed to be faulty’ will be replaced or refunded in full.
